ORALLY:
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Sea Moss Gel to drink or food of choice (i.e., Smoothie, Juice, or Tea) Store product in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.

FOR SKIN MASK:
Apply Sea Moss to clean face, leave on for 7 to 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water, Pat with cool cloth. Repeat twice a week.
